1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Our fulfillment team begins preparing your purchase immediately upon confirmation. Typically, it requires an estimated three (3) business days to verify, securely pack, and dispatch your merchandise to our logistics partners. Please be advised that transactions finalized over the weekend will enter the processing queue on the subsequent Monday.

2. Transit Times and Delivery Rates

Following dispatch, standard global delivery generally takes between 10 to 20 business days. We are pleased to provide a universal, flat-rate international shipping fee of USD $5.99 for all destinations.

3. Unforeseen Logistical Delays

Occasionally, external variables—such as rigorous customs inspections or unexpected carrier disruptions—may extend standard delivery windows. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience should these unavoidable delays occur.

4. Shipment Tracking

You will be kept informed throughout your parcel's journey. Upon dispatch, our system will generate a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking link. You may monitor your delivery's progress via www.17track.net. (Kindly allow a brief grace period for the carrier’s database to update and reflect live tracking data).

5. Split Shipments

To expedite the arrival of your goods, orders comprising multiple items may be fulfilled from separate warehouse locations. Consequently, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. In such instances, distinct tracking credentials will be emailed to you for each individual parcel.

6. Order Modifications

Requests to amend delivery details (e.g., address, contact information) or product specifications (e.g., variant, sizing, quantity) are highly time-sensitive. You must notify us at support@idesigen.com ideally within 12 hours of transaction completion. To facilitate a swift update, please provide:

  • Your Order ID

  • The email address associated with the purchase

  • A precise description of the required amendment

While our support staff will make every effort to implement these revisions, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has advanced to the fulfillment stage.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Should a courier be unable to complete a delivery, they will typically leave a notification card and hold the parcel at a nearby postal facility. Your primary recourse is to contact your regional courier directly utilizing your tracking information. Should you require further assistance, our support team is available to help. (Please note: Idesigen assumes no liability for shipments returned to the sender due to inaccurate address submission or failure to retrieve held parcels).

8. Extended Transit Inquiries

If you suspect an abnormal delay in transit, please follow these steps:

  • Review Tracking Logs: If the latest status update occurred within the past seven (7) days, the shipment is progressing normally through the network.

  • Escalation Protocol: If tracking data remains static for exceeding seven days, please email our support staff with your Order ID and purchasing email. We will initiate an immediate investigation.

9. Missing or Stolen Parcels

In the event of a suspected loss, our team will liaise directly with the freight provider.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier officially concludes that a package was lost during transit, Idesigen will dispatch a complimentary replacement.

  • Marked as Delivered: Our liability officially concludes once the carrier logs a "Delivered" status. We do not provide coverage for parcels reported missing or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly advise consulting neighbors, household members, or building management to locate the package.

10. Global Fulfillment Network

We proudly service a worldwide customer base. In the highly unlikely event that we are unable to ship to your specific region, you will be notified immediately. To optimize pricing and efficiency, our distribution network spans facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Additionally, certain merchandise may be dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners.

11. Terms and Conditions Disclaimer

By finalizing a transaction with Idesigen, you formally acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Estimations: All stated delivery timeframes are approximations, not binding guarantees. Idesigen is not liable for delays stemming from customs or carrier operations.

  • Import Tariffs: The purchaser bears sole responsibility for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by their respective government. These surcharges are independent of our retail pricing and shipping fees.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are accountable for supplying an accurate and comprehensive delivery address. We are not responsible for misdelivered or returned items resulting from data entry errors.

  • Transferred Liability: Idesigen's responsibility for a shipment ceases entirely once the tracking status reflects a successful delivery to the provided destination.
