6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged:

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages Idesigen is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or others in your household

  • Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim

We are happy to assist by providing tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
