1. General Purchase Conditions
As a standard practice, all transactions processed through Idesigen are considered definitive. We operate on a strict "all sales final" basis, meaning we do not facilitate standard returns or buyer's-remorse exchanges. Exceptions to this policy are strictly limited to scenarios where a customer receives demonstrably defective merchandise or a fulfillment error results in the delivery of an incorrect item.
2. Reporting Defects and Fulfillment Errors
We maintain stringent quality control, but if your goods arrive faulty, compromised, or do not match your original invoice, your immediate first step is to notify our support staff. We require clients to thoroughly inspect their parcels upon arrival and register any formal complaints within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

Upon receipt of this data, our quality assurance team will meticulously review your case. Resolutions are determined on an individual basis and may result in the dispatch of a replacement product, a partial reimbursement, or a full refund.
3. Financial Reimbursements
If your submitted claim is approved for a refund—whether partial or complete—the designated funds will automatically be routed back to the original payment method utilized during your transaction. Please allow a standard processing window of 7 to 12 business days for the credit to materialize in your account. Kindly note that exact clearing times are ultimately dictated by your specific bank or credit card issuer's internal operations.
4. Product Exchanges
Idesigen does not process traditional product exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different size or color). Replacements are exclusively authorized and issued for merchandise that has been officially verified as damaged or defective upon initial delivery.
5. Unsolicited Returns
Under no circumstances should merchandise be dispatched back to our distribution centers without explicit prior authorization and return instructions from our support team. An official claim must be filed and approved first. Any parcels returned unilaterally without an authorized ticket will be categorically rejected. Consequently, the sender will forfeit any eligibility for financial compensation, product replacements, or further administrative assistance.
