Q: What is the estimated delivery timeframe? Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit times typically range between 10 to 20 business days.
Q: Where can I monitor my shipment's progress? Following dispatch, an automated shipping confirmation containing your unique tracking number will be emailed to you. You can monitor your parcel's journey through global tracking platforms such as 17track.net.
Q: Why is my tracking status delayed or unchanged? Please grant the logistics carrier 24 to 48 hours to update their systems after you receive the shipment notification. It is completely normal for tracking logs to remain static for several days while packages are in transit between major international sorting hubs.
